The way to be self funding is to have a team that does not have the fans pulling their hair out so much.

Really fustrating performances do not get extra fans coming through the door, the great times in 2016/2017 are long gone now and the last two seasons overall we have got worst.

I can take a loss if I leave thinking we were beaten by a better team but NOT leaving thinking half the team cannot be d and we have been seeing that too many times over the last two seasons.

Apart from individual brilliance to score tries or a high kick to the corner we are sadly lacking when we attack I think everyone apart from the coach can see this.

I am green with envy sometimes when i watch teams throw the ball around and score some wonderful worked tries, I want my team to play like that but sadly most of time we just try to batter ourselves over the line and against the good teams it does not work.

I am not a poster to call for the coach head everytime we lose but I do feel it is time for change if we want to improve. (cannot blame injuries this year)

I really don't get the rabid dislike of Union, it is a good sport.

Thats certainly one of our big on field failings which has never improved.

Certainly much better than it used to be

Ive spent most of the season in the Radford in camp, though we had got over those Warrington(home) and Hudd (Magic) performances. Something has to change, this either needs to be a new coach (Very unlikely), new assistant or Radford works hard on tje failings of the team and his coaching.

Defence needs to improve and we have to become more attacking.

Next season we have a team to challenge, not sure we have the coach to do that unless things change drastically.

for him to come out and practically say he can't motivate them has to be a concern.

Its even more of a concern when the Owner states that the current coach who has failed miserably since the C/C wins will always be here whilst he is in charge.

when AP said that we were doing well, it has gone to rat 451t since!

Last week I was a bit more charitable, but after another disaster in a big game...it's time to say thanks for the memories Lee but we need to kick on with a new coach with new ideas.
