The ball ripped out from mini by luluai with three in the tackle
The drop goal attempt that didnt touch griffin
Liam farell and sargison constantly laying on and slowing down the play the ball two probably three times, even the commentators commented on it
Wigan are very niggly and good at spoiling tactics if you cant see that your cheese has slid off your cracker
We were by no means good but thaler was crap and i think the refs have generally been alot better this year'" anybody got any pate

| Thought Masi played really well tonight, ran with aggression, need to rest up now as next 3 games are all winnable, should have paea Bowden manu back, still confident we can get 3rd,

| Good defensive effort, plenty of heart but rubbish with ball in hand. Not sure what the completion rate was but it was awful for the 2nd time in 5 days and cost us a chance of winning the game. Basic skills terrible, absolutely clueless in the opposition 20 metre area. I'm sick of seeing us turn the ball back inside time after time and forwards driving the ball in over and over late in the tackle count 10 metres from their line, Kicking terrible again and has been said we need some variety in our attacking kicks. same old, same old. We're probably the worst team in SL in the oppostition 20 and we're so negative. Taking the 2 again tonight when when we should be applying pressure. It's as if we know we won;t get over the line.
Really disappointed tonight as wigan weren't up to much

| Quote NSW="NSW"Just think you’re very negative with the ball. Consider the amount of talent your backline has. Just seems like your waiting for the last to kick and not really using the ball before then.
Good hard fought game, maybe see you in the playoffs. Good luck!'"
Completely agree with that. Bizarrely we've scored some great tries this year exploiting the back line, I guess often against weaker defences, but we were too negative tonight. Wigan doing a great job of soaking up pressure, taking chances and strangling the life out of the opposition. Will be a fascinating run in, a Saints Wigan final would be a cracker.

Credit to Masi, did well. Missed Paea tonight. Interesting to see who we go with next week. Kelly and Connor both lost their mojos a bit of late.

| Brain fart from faraimo for the 8 point try, thought Green played well as did Fash.'"
That was so soft though, makes a joke of our game, but the rules are the rules, would like to see some common sense used!!! I honestly believe we need a new coach, I’ve nothing against Radford at all, I just don’t think he’s good enough, and the quality of players we have had and are going to have, deserve better. I’d also be happy if Radford got a decent coach to help. but, only my opinion, no malice at all

| After a battle royal in Saturdays challenge cup semi defeat, we were made to back up on a Thursday which is still so unbelievably unfair for any team.
We looked lost in attack, clunky, misfiring, honestly until Tag barged over, we never threatened, plenty of chances came to nothing, what happened to the screens, ironic the game was brought forward for Sky and the paying public at the ground couldn’t see replays, etc.
Our defence like the oppositions was magnificent, and Wigan probably deserved the points, but a good effort from the boys, if a little dumb at times.

| Quote His Bobness="His Bobness"Wigan are not going to lose many games in the run in and I can't see past a Saints v Wigan GF.
Wigan's defence was exceptional tonight there was a spell when Hull had set after set after set but still Wigan didn't crack. In the end all Hull had to show was a Taylor barge over. Closing down the Sneyd DG attempts showed real determination I haven't seen another team able to do that.
Half of Wigan's pack were teenagers but goodness they are tough and they are going to be some team next year. You didn't see it tonight but they can also play some brilliant attacking rugby.
Hull were good opponents but I think 3rd is Wigan's for the taking now.'"
I don’t have the advantage of watching on Sky, but Lockers, Navarrete, Isa, Powell, Farrell, Club, are hardly teenagers.
