If its a live cap, surely it will just change all the time as long as you don't exceed the cap, hence it been a live cap. So for example today we are at 1.8 million, tomorrow after players leaving the live cap will be 1.7 million. That's how I would of thought it worked anyway, otherwise what does live cap mean. Of course could be completely wrong
