Quote: Father Ted "I agree it's a short turnaround and is very unfair on your lads as well as us lot who wanted to travel.
Whether Wigan are a poor team is for you to judge as I being a Wigan fan will just read your and appreciate your opinions.
Lam has suggested most of Wigan's injured will be back. Manfredi, Davies and Joe Bullock are out so this will be the squad I guess will be selected.
Hardaker,
Marshall, Sarginson, Gildart, Burgess, Williams, Leuluai, Flower, Powell, Clubb, Greenwood, Farrell, Smithies. Bench - O'Loughlin, Navarette, Partington & Sammut.
We are short of props so Lockers may be played there and Smithies at 13. This is only guesswork by me but going off what Lam's said I don't think the Wigan squad will be too much different.'"
As far as Wigan teams go, I’d say that’s the poorest one I’ve seen in a long time, not sure I’d have any of them in the Hull team, Hardaker maybe, although he’s not set the world alight. What Wigan do have going for them is, that they will defend with intensity, match that and we win comfortably. Makes me laugh this forum, anyone says a bad word about the coach or our performance and you all jump to the defence or make excuses, yet hardly anyone as any confidence in the team to win a game, it’s really quite bizarre.
