I’ll give you the benefit of the doubt that you are a bit unclear on this.
As they are professional athletes, they have much less body fat to protect their muscles and impact fatigue and bruising takes a little longer to heal. Not sure if it’s still the case but the day after a game many teams would do a session of basic movement in a swimming pool to avoid direct impact in training, help the lactic acid work through and to have some element of resistance.
Now, if you really think that this is not a factor for Hull, having played a high intensity game in wet conditions, to turn around in just five days, when their opposition will have had 14 days without a game, then I suggest you think again.
