Quote Mr. Zucchini Head="Mr. Zucchini Head"I'm pretty sure I have never seen a game where Faraimo has had 3 half decent scoring opportunities. I've seen him score a few out of nothing though.
The number of tries a winger scores has far more to do with how his team plays than with how good he is. Look at Eden. Scored for fun when Cas were playing well. Now that their attack has gone to peices he is dropped from the team. If you are looking purely at tries scored then it's a very poor way to rank wingers. Swift only scores a hat trick because his teammates create 3 good chances for him.
Your last sentence is odd. The way Radders wants us to play is way more suited to Faraimo than to Swift.
Bureta lacks for a bit of pace (and people will disagree, but I think power is more important than pace in the modern game anyway). Other than that he is superior to Swift in every way. And I say that as someone who quite likes Swift!
If MDJ wasn't here then I would consider Swift a good signing as a 3rd winger. But unless someone is leaving I just don't see the point.'"
Whoa there Mr Zucchini, I didn’t rank anyone by tries scored, just replying to an instance in a game from Tinkerman.
Adam Swift is hardly a lightweight as a winger, and would comfortably fill Radders needs of how he likes his wingers to play, and as in your own words “Bureta lacks for a bit of pace” Swift would give us an edge we don’t currently have, I hope this explains my odd sentence for you.
Ideally I would like Naulago Bureta & Swift, these three would be an upgrade on what we currently have, and if this is true, why do you think Radders wants him.
Now before you ask how we fit Dawson Logan Bureta Swift Naulago in our squad without releasing anyone, these decisions are what our coach is paid for.
Although we disagree over who is the better of Swift or Bureta, my post was not at the expense of Bureta, but as well as.
Regards.
