Obviously I’m not sure where you guys sit so may not have seen noticed all the bother in the east stand corner, but that started from a bottle coming over from you way and hitting an old fella square on the head, knocked him over. That caused the escalation of them coming back and tit for tat.
Not that it matters, not that any of its right but these s across both teams and predominately from our lot yesterday is a joke, and I hope the club ban them for life. These scrotes with the smoke bomb must of been about 15, and no idea of the ramifications of their actions. I’m not drastically against smoke bombs but the lobbing of bottles is gonna do serious damage one day and hit the lino or ref once and it’s a points deduction. If I was Hudgell I’d be dropping a statement tomorrow saying get the hell out the club and if anyone is caught press charges, soon stamp it out. It’s slowly creeping back in and needs to be nipped in the bud now.
Well played yesterday btw'"
As a fellow Rovers fan , to say you are not drastically against smoke bombs , and that “ the lobbing of bottles will do serious damage one day hitting a lino or a ref “
Not only do you state you don’t have a problem with individuals using smoke bombs at games , You main concerning regarding the throwing of bottles is that they make make contact with a match official resulting in Rovers having a points reduction imposed by the RFL .
No thought for the young child injured by the bottle throwing yesterday . My wife and I stopped going to away matches years ago due to the drunken fans that seem too interested in alcohol and causing trouble rather than watching a rugby league game .
Trying not to be judgemental but you seem to be the type of fan our game can do without .
