They did an opposed training session against Toronto last year iirc. The idea was that they played as though they were playing a game but that the coaches would stop it from time to time to point things out or to have a chat about certain things. They often do that kind of thing in training anyway by just splitting up the squad, but it's useful to have a different set of players throwing different things at you.
