Rovers have a fantastic deal giving exclusive rights to the stadium for 99 years. Rovers get all the money from any event at KCOM Craven Park, well to be exact whatever is negotiated with the party staging the event. HCC do not have any involvement or income from KCOM Craven Park whatsoever. It was the least they could do after spending £43m on the KC stadium.
However you dress it up Rovers are the owners of KCOM Craven Park for 99 years.
