I'm sure it would be worth erecting a small stand , and parking wouldn't be a massive issue, what sort of crowds you expecting. And that sites plenty of unused space , if they wanted to stick some Tarmac down for extra parking . It's a no brainier , be amazed if an a team played anywhere else

There needs to be some sort of establishment where hospitality can be supplied in reasonable surroundings that doesn’t cost the earth. That’s why Brantingham was chosen last time around but the club got stung a few times during the former ill fated system, when teams like Wigan concelled at short notice. Ionians had already organised and prepared.

| I would imagine that for the first year at least, until we see if the reserves league takes off properly, we will see Rovers and Hull field a joint side under the COHA banner.
We could use top age under 19 players, allowing more first year academy players to get minutes in the under 19s, and supplement them with lads who have graduated from the Academy over the last couple of years. Listen, Cator etc.
Established first team players could be put into the side whenever either club wished and trialists used if either club has a player they want to take a look at.
Facilities are already in place, and paid for up at Bishop Burton and the COHA staff can be used so I don't think cost would be an issue at all. It would barely either club a penny to set up and run. That would be key I think.

| Have to agree with Seb here. A joint academy is bad enough but manageable. A joint reserve team would be a disaster - how on earth would you manage first teamer's returning from injury? What if both clubs need to run out a player for the same position? what play book do they use? trialists? and any number of other questions and conflicts of interest. None at all is a better option than a joint reserve team.

| So Pearson has confirmed we'll be running a reserve team in 2019, but not everyone will. Wigan, Saints, Wakefield, Keighley, Bradford and Halifax are mentioned, but referenced probably not Leeds. Doesn't say that it will be a joint venture with Rovers.
