| The other question is who would you bring in to move you forward should you get rid of Radford?
There aren't that many decent coaches out there. Unless you're going to take a chance on an unknown who may or may not work out.

| Need to use this season as a steep learning curve.
Injuries have done for us, but we’ve also been worked out by many teams.
Our power play in ‘16 and ‘17 could see off most teams on its day, but we’ve lost key personnel (Ellis, Fonua and Watts) which helped us play that way.
We really need to adapt how we play and offer more.
Our main attacking ploy is a kick to the corner on the fifth. That needs to change.
AP will ultimately decide what happens going forward. Just have a feeling that if we don’t kick on next season, things may change.

| Let us not forget this was Lee’s team righting the wrongs of last weeks capitulation
Rovers are a poor bottom 4 team with injuries
We had fit star players back at home with a massive point to prove after all the apologies Lee gave last Sunday
How could we lose ? Unless the mentality wasn’t right ? You tell me

| I could write a list as long as my arm about the things that are wrong on the field currently. Not to mention the poor recruitment/retention for next year. Radford has achieved enough to deserve the chance to put it right, but we look incredibly poor of late and it is a concern.

| The only positive I can find is that we aren't in the middle 8's, with our form I honestly wouldn't be confident of a top 3 finish.
Our go forward again is fine, generally we are good enough in defence.
Concerns are with our attacking play, I honestly think if Shaul doesn't improve his link up play we need to look at another option at FB, I think we have to bring in another coach to help improve our attack I just hope Radford can see this
We have to adapt our style as we have some good backs and weaker in the forwards from the previous years.
I'm not sure retaining all of Washy, Mini, Manu and Talanoa was the best idea, needed to add some pace and a Willie Manu type player.
We aren't fait off and a good bsvkrower and improvement in our attack would see us challenging next year IMO.
Unfortunately I see neither happening

Need to make a couple of tough decisions then, look to loan out a few young lads, there are ways to do it ifvthe right player is available

| Agree with all that Dave K
Being ruthless, I’d have lost Tuli, Washy and one of Mini / Manu.
Paea just not done it either. I know that they’re good pros, but next year is going to be a season too far for some of them.
Attacking structures need tweaking as well.
Like I said earlier, teams have worked us out and we’ve lost Ellis, Watts and Fonua who helped us play the power game.
