| Never understood why OAP's get discounts, what is wrong is that it's different at different clubs, by 2020 the retirement age is going to be 66, any discounts should be linked to whatever the state retirement age is.

boo-hoo, ditto my response above.
I'm happy to pay full price, I voiced an opinion, it's you who sounds bitter, 'give my head a tap'
So will you and the other detractors forgo your discount as and when and if you reach 60? I think not. Do you pay full pops for Maters tickets, I think not. I believe it’s a good gesture by any club to offer any discount no matter what it is. Friends for a fiver got the same reaction a few years ago when it was introduced as did cheap tickets to local rugby clubs. Who said “You can please some of the people all the time and you can please all the people some of the time but you can’t please all the people all the time” wise words.

It's not an age concession
There seems to be a contradiction here. Do you or do you not buy a membership.

Been retired for over 32 years now but did give the corporate work scene away at 47 in favour of unpaid charity work. Receive a part state pension from the UK of 46 quid a week. Not a grandad.

| Right, I think the Rider has had his question answered many times over, time to lock.
