Let’s cut to the chase The Reason isn’t interested in ethics or morality. He simply wants Hull FC to sack Kelly, and not because he dislikes Kelly (although I’m sure he doesn’t) but because he hates FC. He wants our club to be weakened by this, as he knows that Kelly is a top class player (he knows this from when he cheered him on playing in R&W). He knows that if Kelly no longer plays for us then we’ll be weaker for it and conversely they’ll be a little bit closer to us in standard.
