| I used to skip out of work about 15 minutes early to get to games and then I was given some extra hours a few weeks back, still leaving at same time but will mean I am leaving about an hour early! And now the games are kicking off early, jesus, seems to be so many things making it more and more challenging for me to get there, still shows my dedication to the team!!

Googling suggests "a strain is when muscle tissues or fibres are stretched or torn", so the terms strain and tear are interchangeable.
A torn hamstring is a very common expression, and strain, I suppose, suggests it's less severe.
I guess a lot depends on how long ago they suffered the injury.

mellor played 28 times last season for us, so certainly be in the mix,
mcgillvary wont play.
still looking forward too it though, missed super league! |

Masi deserves his place Turgut not so sure but maybe this is his breakthrough year.
Abdull on the bench gives Radford an attacking alternative if things not going well but as you say a very inexperienced bench. |
