| Quote Mrs Barista="Mrs Barista"Could be a big seller. I didn't buy any of this year's shirts, preferred the training tops, but home one was a record-breaker, so a return to a more traditional one should see big demand.'"
Away was a record breaker too I think I remember seeing. Seems to be loads of them tbf. I don't know if it's because they stand out but seems massively popular. Apparently that shirt was targeting the kids mostly and it does seem that way. With retro jerseys magic shirt and the training line we've obviously coined it in this year
I imagine the shirt will be traditional this year so will always sell. Probs have an oz tour shirt too
With Wembley again we must be Making a fair few quid this year

| We haven't had a predominently white shirt for a few years. Woulden't mind a modern take on what we had in 2004.
Would allow for a Black away kit. Either that or we havent had a Blue away kit for a few years either.
Either way we are due some proper irregular hoops after a V and the Barcode this year.

| One of my favourite shirts of recent years was 2011 (I think?), it had thicker material, sponsors sown on, proper collar, would be perfect as a reproduction of the 78 shirt if it was predominantly white this time not black like it was in 2011.

| How much do the shirt sponsors bring in? If they charged £10/£15/£20 more for an unadulterated version I bet fans would still pay that because the shirt is then timeless.

A reverse of 2011 would be good i'd agree.
Pretty decent kit history on this site

To be fair to ISC theyve been good to us. A few of the special/magic shirts in pink, camoflage etc have been wild and I didnt like that light blue one in 2009 and wasnt keen this years home or away, but generally they've kept it fresh without many shockers.

Problem is the main things the club will itself to sponsors with is SKY and BBC TV exposure and 10,000+ shirt sales (cant remember the last update they gave) with fans walking around the region as a billboard all week not jusr gameday.
If you start to say some fans will be 'unbranded' it isnt as attractive. Also fans wont buy a new shirt as often. I bought one of the cotton retro shirts this year instead of a replica and that will do me for years now. So if im not 100% keen on future shirts the club has potentially lost £50 a year off me.

I've worn that one for the last 2 Cup Finals, a definite winner.
