Have had the same problem for weeks now , KC have finally told me last night it is a router problem so after much heated discussion they have agreed to send me a replacement router in next 3 - 5 days .
Reading problems on hear I wouldn't hold my breath that this will stop the problem .

Moving to hu12 area very soon and wondered if kcom has some rights in that area or is it open to all providers?

one of my staff lives in hu12 (Thorngumbald) and she has talktalk for BB, so some parts will have BT lines, not sure on Hedon itself

KCOM need to sort out their access at the ironically named KCOM stadium. Hubby couldn't commentate on Friday's game as all the ISDN lines barring Humberside's was down!
