mental fortitude and keeping your sh it together seems to be massive peaks and troughs this season. something that was stated as to be adressed a few seasons ago, Radford has to take complete responsibility for that.
if this team can come back from a big deficit and fight off Cas with 12 men then I really don't understand why we have days like this and other games were we lose the plot and fall off a cliff, It's night and day like the players just switch off or turn into a shadow of themselves.
All we can hope is to look at what went wrong, address why players are doing X instead of Y and get them to understand and re-inforce that x doesn't work, particularly when you're chasing a game.
I do wonder about in game communication though during times of duress.
As per leeds and salford, need to put a line under it and start doing the things that we do best that puts pressure on the opposition and ffs stop playing in panic mode!
