Thats it we are looking at bottom four ,Conner and Griffin not good enough ,Sneyd poor ,Thompson poor, bench not good enough, Radford got pre season wrong with two games to go we are doomed..Hang on two games played won one lost one by two points ,what planet are some of you on.We lost end of does that really mean the players are that bad? some need to get a reality check here.Without doubt Catalans had a game plan helped along by a poor ref who IMO should not be allowed to referee another SL game., not just on last night but every game he has control over he is poor .He was not the whole reason we lost but he frustrated the fans and the players and it lead to the most boring game i have watched.He was poor for both teams and some of his decisions were a joke.If every game was like that i would stop watching it, awfull to watch and i bet worse to play in.

Last night was painful to watch and any Hull fan must have some nagging concerns after that. We still completely lack structure in attack. We didn't really challenge the catalans line on the few occasions we did manage to hold onto the ball and with sneyd continuing his form from last season we look clueless.
I'm not sure ellis would have made much difference TBH. Defensively we were very good but it was individual errors which really cost us any chance of winning the game. With even half decent ball control and discipline we would surely have taken the points with or without him.
So it could be a case of same old or next week could see us pick things up but we desperately need to find some form quickly or we'll be out of the running for top 4 by easter and looking over our shoulders at the middle 8's.
My only solace is that we surely can't play that badly again, can we?'"

Not much mention post match of the attendance.
13,544 is very impressive for a televised Thursday game against a team with no travelling support. Whether the result will encourage any new or returning fans to come again is another matter of course.
There seemed to be plenty of empty seats in South Stand reserved so time will tell if that decision was a good one or not.

You suggested we couldn't have played any worse. A year ago we conceded 9 tries at Widnes and scored just the one. That was worse in my opinion. All about opinions, obviously.  |

Radford for me got his tactics all wrong last night. He tried to get the team to play safe rugby because of the conditions only the conditions weren't as bad as he thought they'd be hence us looking clueless as we didnt try anything creative
