Not the same issue at all - any club can breach the live salary cap if they don't declare all player payments.
The difference is that Salford were found out.

Nothing, all clubs could be spending double for all we know. Salford were done for concealing payments (though they are appealing). Melbourne were heavily penalised a few years back for the same thing.

It would take a whistle blower for any club who was concealing payments to be found out, if the were (and I include my own in this) I hope they would be deducted enough points to be relegated.

Assuming the other way that Sam is say on 300k then the other 6 are on 700k - Does that sound more feasible?

PPS - Bateman played however - Farrell/Joel Tomkins/Manfredi & Sean O'Loughlin were also missing so as I suspected 9 players out on either 850k or 700k dependant on what Wane meant.
