I expect defeat.
We need a Saints cup performance to snatch a high scoring, close game. Anything less and we will lose.
However I dont see it as season defining, we will return and win the rest of our regular season games.
In an earlier post, I asked a question about Mark Sneyd's comment regards "the new ball" being the problem with handling and mistakes against Wire. Apparently, the balls used now have a protective film which needs to be scrubbed off before use, this did not take place, making the balls greasy/slippery when wet?????
Quote: ccs "I was told, heresay I know, that the protective film had not been removed?????'"
Cheers, it would certainly explain why both teams handling was so poor.'"
Maybe Warrington thought it was the best way to try and stop the Hull FC train .
In all seriousness though if this did happen then someone wants a right ass kicking for ruining what could have and should have been a cracking game, still we got the 2pts so not complaining too much
