Personally, not being fussed about the result either way, got a bit fed up of it being the Tomkins show. Reading the press today (+BBC) it was all Tomkins' comeback not much mention of the fact Wigan lost and Hull won.
And on a frivolous note, I see he's even copied Sneyd and trimmed his beard, anything to fit in.

Good result that. Lot of credit for Radford who was under pressure from some fans who wanted him out not too long back, good job the board had some faith in him. He has done a great job with a squad that some would say is short of genuine superstars, but work well as a unit. You may do a Huddersfield come the business end of the season, only time will tell, but it's surely good for Rugby League that another team could be genuine contenders outside the "Big Four". Only disappointment was your support last night. There's something wrong when you can't even muster 3 bus loads for a top of the table clash. Your team deserves better.

Thanks for all of the back handed compliments. Living in the middle of the country you're lucky that any journey to another RL ground will be done in 90 minutes tops. Try getting from Hull to wigan after work on a Friday noght.

It's just a non starter for me on a Friday. I've had a self imposed ban on away games for a couple of years but have ventured to a couple recently and really enjoyed the atmosphere

110 miles, which in Friday night rush hour traffic takes at least 2 hours. Given most people work until 5.30pm and the fact it was a TV game, it's not a huge surprise that the away support was a bit on the small side is it?

Easier for me from West Yorkshire. Atmosphere post match on the concourse last night was fantastic, loads of singing going on. I've really enjoyed away games (Widnes apart) this season, but the last two have been really special.
