We tried it at Wakefield but stuffed it up about time players were taught the rules properly it's out of scrum when passed second rows feet so holding at loose FWD is pointless as defending team can move up and go for ball! But holding in 2nd row they can't encroach.
Same as 20m optional kick it only has to be tapped with knee or below but we constantly see players IE j shaul falling over themselves trying to tap it with the foot
Don't get me started with rolling ball made dead when straddling deadball\touch ingoal line
1 you have to get foot planted 1st
2 it has to be moving or else it's a goaline dropout ,we have come close s cpl of times in the past to conceding a gldo trying to do this !
