Watching from the north stand last night, I thought we got a few decisions go our way that perhaps might not have. However I'll take that every day of the week !

The one thing I'm not keen on of late, is this fashion for say "winning" penalties. A team is awarded a penalty.

One thing we did last night that I hate is this holding the ball in the scrum to get a differential penalty. Wigan were first to do it, now we've followed suit. Absolute nonsense and needs stamping out.

He should be happy they only lost by two points and only had one player sin-binned.

I was in the west stand and saw Talanoa intercept it and then it was stripped. The referee signaled to the touch judge to ask if the ball had been ripped out by the tackler and then gave the scrum to FC. That confirmed what I believed I had seen.

Definitely a ball strip from the catalan player on talanoa. Right call.

I thought Talanoa knocked it on in the process of intercepting it personally, lucky to get away with it IMO

There's a pretty good highlights video that Catalans have done on YouTube. Definitely a one on one steal at the end. Only thing was the ball went backwards from Catalans so it should have been play on when Talanoa picked it up again, but it's the same outcome.

The ball also came out really quickly when shaul "dropped" it near the end so was wondering if that was stripped but was across near the west stand

Yes and I saw it differently to you

Looked to me like the ball was still spinning in his arms and he ended up pelting it off his torso when he accelerated.
