| Just watched the highlights, and I have to say Wakefield scored some great tries and are looking very dangerous. Miller always had a touch of class but a couple years older and wiser and he's starting to look the real deal. They may not be able to carry this type of form on but their effort and enthusiasm can't be knocked. Like an earlier poster said the shackles are off and we now face after leeds a difficult test. This season is wide open.

This goes right to the point. Peacock is arrogant and thinks due to his outstanding playing career he knows it all.
From what I understand he has gone down very badly so far both at Rovers and the RFL (e.g. Boudebza case). Results at both coincidentally have been bad. Obviously in management you have to take people with you. Treating people like idiots, even if they are, doesn't usually yield results.

"massively under strength" my bum.
I was told at the start of the season by fans from every club that the only players Wakefield had that anyone else might want were Anthony Tupou and perhaps Tom Johnstone as a project.
So please tell me how with that ringing endorsement any team playing us "under strength" or otherswise should be beaten one nil by us let alone 60+! This is the mighty Wigan and all those players came through the Wigan system, you know the one Eddie and Clarke are always banging on about.
Stop making feeble excuses for Wigan that they don't deserve - every one of those players wearing the Wigan strip will have considered themselves to good to play for Wakefield before the start of the game so why did they still get hammered?

| It's really not that different to any result with a big margin between teams that are not that different in quality. Heads go down on one side and confidence builds on the other, one side falls to bits, the other team play almost like it's a training run and look fantastic.
It can happen to any team in any sason and not the first time in recent timesWigan have had 60+ put in n them without scoring. 75-0 v Saints in 2005!
High flying Warrington got battered a few seasons back by lowly London 62-18.
Well done Wakey, aleays nice to see the pies get some crust shoved up their booty

Just you wait until his unparalleled premier contacts in the game reap world beating signings. Couple that with the exemplary professionalism they have and success cannot be far away

As I said - great result for Wakey and well done. Certainly improved our league position I'm over the moon with it.

Would you be so rational if we were on the end of such a drubbing?

Of course he would - if Wakey beat us 60 odd nil he'd be the first on here telling us all to keep our heads up and reminding us that these things can happen.
