Look, sorry to sound like your dad, but back to reality.
We've all had a good laugh? I have. I almost bust a rib laughing yesterday. I'll continue to do so, mainly because it's ridiculously funny, especially after that dozy banner outside the KC. But when the best game of the season was our neighbours getting trashed, it's a bit crap. Isn't it? A little bit?
Next season, I want to push on. I want to go to Wembley and win it. Grand final. The works. Because then we can _really_ rub it in. Otherwise, we'll be like them. Obsessed with our neighbours, and picking up crumbs. I want to be the best in the league, and frankly what they do next door, I don't care. They're nicking 8,000 of our supporters every week, and I want to show them that they're supporting the wrong team; if they want cups, then they can either visit Lakeland Kitchenware, or they can support a decent team. Choice is theirs.
Lets finish this season and finish as high as possible, and lets start preparing for next season. Let's start now! Let's stop being average.
...and having said all that, I can't wait for the first derby...
