[quote="The Reason":3e09qe5x]Hi Andy
The Rugby Football League are in the process of reviewing the video that you are referring to. We do not condone behaviour of this nature and have contacted the player’s employer, Hull F.C., who have confirmed that they are dealing with the incident under their club rules.

| The Washbrook signing is very astute.
Our forward signings are clearly planning for the reduction to 8.
Whilst I'm not a massive Manu fan he'll give us great balance with Mini in the back row. If they can do 60 each and Big Frankie can do 20/25 on each side other sides won't be able to deal with him.
Ellis, Watts and Taylor can spell the prop rotation with Washy covering 9 and 13.
Feka, Thompson, Whiting, Hadley, Turget all providing good cover.
It looks very promising in the forwards, very promising indeed.

| I really hope washy proves all the doubters wrong. Was gutted when he left but even more surprised he signed for agar who i think ruined his career at hull,2006 he was one of the best loose forwards in s.l but then agar decides to constantly play him at 6/7 were he tried hard but it was never going to be his position.At the end of 2006 i thought we'd found our loose forward for the next 10yrs but instead we play him at 6 and sign fitzy to use him as a prop then pay a fee for westy.although fitzy was a legend and westy can do it niether have had a season as a out and out 13 as good as washy in 2006 imho

If you are not part of the solution then you are more likely part of the problem...: |
|
| Still need a hooker in the squad for next season.
The reduction is subs will probably lead to the 2nd hooker on the bench becoming obsolete eventually but we need cover for potential injury to Houghton at least.
I would be looking at Championship or /1 and bring a youngster in now to work alongside Houghton.

100% correct. Despite playing 80 minutes week in week out in a very tough position his injury record is incredible. I hope Radford is not banking on this. Obviously I'm not wishing this to happen but it is possible that he could sustain an injury which could put him out for a while. Washbrook for all his merits is not good enough to be the number 1 hooker for a sustained period.

Platinum days HR! The most successful period in our history. Even crowned the official European Champions. Only regret for me was that we were never able to compete with the Aus Champions for the World title. Logistically difficult in the 50's but a match against either Souths or St George who dominated the game here at that time would have really put the icing on the cake.

His passport won't affect his Fed/Non-Fed status. He'll count as Non-Fed.
Quote: Diogenes "Either way, isn't 7 overseas players more than enough when we are supposed to be building "Club Hull"?'"
Building takes a while.
