Pretty much agree, along with the way an 11th place finish under Radford seems to be used as a yardstick for improvement over Gentle.

Good summary. 2015 better than 2014. Squad upgraded and Radford in last year of his contract. Pretty straightforward to see what the scenarios are next season. We improve again or Radford is replaced.
