It was actually a 5 day turnaround, for both Hull clubs. Rovers, Thursday to Tuesday, Hull, Friday to Wednesday. Do the maths. Exactly the same as doing a Sunday to Friday routine, which most clubs do regularly during the season. So you are right, there is absolutely no excuse whatsoever.

Last nights interview was priceless.

Will be used for management training as how NOT to motivate, poor old Jordan !! Seemed to me everything is players fault,. Wakey 'grew a leg'.

Most worryingly he expected a tight game & to win by one or two ?? FFS confidence or what ??
