But yeh, I would drop him for this game. He was atrocious against Huddersfield and didn't want to know (not on his own there by any means). I wouldn't agree that he gives 110% every game, or that he's been our stand out player this season. That accolade goes to Mini IMO. Pryce has had some decent games, but some quiet ones too.

So on that basis, you'd be dropping most of the other players as well!!

Pryce has easily been our top 3 performers along with Paea and Mini, Ok he was poor last week (Carrying a knock I reckon), but who wasn't?

Looks our most dangerous player and one of the few who looks like creating something and making a break, for a a side who doesn't score many points to drop one of their best attacking players after one poor game would be ridiculous, he is miles better than any other stand off we have at the club.

Pryce could do with a week off. Not because he had a bad game, but because he has put his body on the line every single week.

I wouldn't agree that everyone was poor last week, but Pryce was one of em. I don't think he's been that good for a few games now, at the beginning of the season he looked great. Two try assists in 11 SL games doesn't point to him being some kind of creative genius.

We would score a lot more trys if we backed him up, so many times he looks to pass and their is nobody there.

Nobody is saying he is a genius but he is the best we have.

You only have to look our lost we looked when he went off against Sheffield.

You reckon we're good enough to leave out some of our better players even against a 'decimated' Salford? We weren't exactly convincing in beating Sheffield with our best available side out. There's every chance we could lose on Friday without having to muck around with the team.

I just don't think that Pryce has been adding much value to the side lately, culminating in his performance last week. He certainly hasn't been as vital to our side as some are making out. He was much better early in the season (perhaps as someone mentioned, he has been carrying a knock?).

I think Abdull is more than capable of putting in a good performance at 6, Rankin too.

Rankin is actually top of our Try Assists with six. Sneyd has five, Pryce two. Pryce hasn't made a clean break all year either. He's not the attacking threat he's been made out to be.
