This is why it's so bizarre that Pearson gave Gentle the bullet despite signs of improvement and good coaching, but is being more patient (even defiant and arguably aggressively so) with even worse results and performances. Talk of giving Radford time when we're 18 months in and things are still actually getting worse seems delusional.
