The full coaching staff need to go. They squad look unfit, they can't put a pass together and they're more injuries than I ever seen.

Get rid of everyone from coaching staff to physios.

Welfare support? ?? Never heard of a job like it... id be amazed if any other club has one of these....... sounds like a job for the boys to me

I suppose the job description is something like, keep the kids on the straight and narrow, tell em not to do drugs or roids, only sup ale 6 nights a week, except if its in Lennys, then 7 is ok. Eat plenty of donner meat, do your homework, train like mad all week and have a day off on game day.

Now it makes sense

Like in all sport when things are going good everyone is on your side and singing your praises,then when things are against you people are calling for your head and questioning your methods,rather them than me - not for all the tea in china,hope all concerned at the club found the formula to turn things around,starting on monday !!!!
