The full coaching staff need to go. They squad look unfit, they can't put a pass together and they're more injuries than I ever seen.
Get rid of everyone from coaching staff to physios.

Doesn't need to be anywhere this big for Hull. RL is much bigger in Aus with a far more comprehensive junior/feeder team set up. Rather than quantity Hull needed quality, headed by a coach with the vision to formulate and apply an effective style of play that fits the player resources available. Blaming the players for taking too many kicking options doesn't convince - usually the kick was the only option as there were no free runners to pass to.

Training analyst has got a good job! according to the club our training is superb year after year so analysing the training is surely a doddle! |

There's a bit of obsession some have on here that we must have a full time coach for everything - not necessary. As I said before quality, especially at head coach level is more important. What is also very important and seems to be neglected in this discussion is the coach's input into player recruitment, development and retention as this has a real impact on the performance of the team. Anyone know how that is done beyond anything Motu does?

I could do the job of the analysts for free and sum it up in two words: "We're sh*t"
And those conditioners and physiotherapists are doing such a wonderful job as always 
I'd bin the lot of them with the exception of Horne seeing as he's only just starting out with the youngsters. And he seems to be doing a decent job so far as they won again today. |
