If we get beat on Thursday which I believe will happen, Lee has to look at himself, and concede he is not upto the job. as for Adam Pearson action will have to be taken one way or another, because it is his club, if we carry on like this the attendance will crumble next season, and Adam will be pleading with us to buy our passes and get behind the team, alas I fear by then it will be too late. We have a not that successful an amateur league coach, and an under 21 assistant in charge of our team and it is not working.

Salford just brought Tim Sheens in to help there young coach, maybe something that AP should look into?

Radford is the 21st century version of Len Casey.At least Casey realised he wasnt upto the job and quit.

As pointed out, why would he quit? It would have to be a mutually agreed decision with no further comment from either party, thus saving Pearson the embarrassment of going back on his word.

Don't know how true it is but I've been told a lot of the younger players dislike radford as he isn't averse to balling them out. Doesn't try it with the established players even if they need it

I'd like to know if radford thinks he's doing a good job . The full club is stale , the team , the coaching set up , the fans , everything . Only way to change this is have a full clear out of the coaching side , and if we do , who ever we appoint needs to be correct instead of making the same mistakes we have for years . This local hull thing will only work if the people are good enough . It seems to me Pearson isn't bothered if they are , as long as there from hull .

I think rumours around that theme are fairly common. Like you say, don't know how much truth they have to them.

What happened to the arm round the shoulder approach I wonder?

Said from day one the man-management of his former teammates and friends would always be an issue. Is with any newly promoted manager within the same department.

"Arm around the shoulder" and "treating all fairly in accordance with their efforts and performance" were always going to fly out of the window when things got tough. When necks are on the block one tends to stick to 'tried and tested' and keep friends close.

If youd heard Last on Blunderside last night he was almost comical. Sounded like he was reading straight from the coaching manual. He said things like weve got to come out of the blocks fast and fight the arm wrestle for about 25 minutes then we can show our strengths and start controlling the game. Talanoas interview was very similar seeming to think that we have a great bunch of players who are on the verge of great things just need a bit of luck. Seems theyre all as clueless as each other tbh
