Not sure it's "mental strength" so much as concentration, I'd see being "mentally strong" as being able to deal with adversity and uncertainty in everyday life, not keeping your eye on the ball in a sports game. We have an unfortunate "habit" of losing our leaders towards the end of games (possibly because our leaders are the 'older' players), will be great if Sneyd/Houghton can develop their team/game management skills.
