I believe our (and Rovers) average attendance is directly proportionate to how well Hull City Tigers are doing. There will be a 'floating' support, that goes to which ever team is winning/doing well. At the moment I would think the Tigers average attendance will be high. As a result of last years FA cup run and them still being in the premier league.
Should City get relegated, then that may change.

Rovers attendances have been up for the first three home matches in 2015 in comparison to corresponding fixtures in 2014. |
