Quote: UllFC "He's made many mistakes but it is still salvageable in my opinion, a better coach would at least steady the ship this season, bring some optimism and hopefully attract some better players based on his reputation/links in the game. Pearson has to swallow his pride and accept this 'Club Hull' mentality has been yet another fiasco.'"

Agree this post unfortunately. We are still a long way off producing super league "real " quality stars. There are some good youngsters come along but doubt there any long term quality there.
Regards the coach whilst I would love him to succeed I am fast losing confidence in him. Friday night I predicted the second half collapse. They looked done in when they walked off the pitch.
Not fit enough, not strong enough i.e. even Clark not one of there biggest players was still going forward in the tackle, not aggressive enough. Green is prime example , big strapping lad and not an ounce aggression in him.

So Mr Pearson you have a lot to do yet before you have a top 4 team. For starters new coach and 3 big nasty props.

Quote: Dave K. "What a brillant post, all we need is a multi millionaire willing to put 2/3 million of his own money into the club and the continue to put about 500k each year to keep the club going.

I said it before and ill say it again, without Pearson we not have a club or would be in the same position as Bradford, he will act if things don't improve even if that's means going bad on his Radford promise.'"

The line "if it wasnt for him we wouldnt be here" got trotted out for Uncle Kath

Lets move on eh, yes we've had poor times but we cant hang on to it

With regards Radford......
I'd make a change sooner than later to try and salvage the season. You could argue (I'm sure he would) that we have been on the wrong side of three narrow defeats. However, we lost narrowly on seevral occasions last season and ultimately 'nearly' doesn't get you anywhere. The second half against Leeds said it all for me. I can't recall many times in nealry forty years of watching Hull, that we have capitulated so much following a half time break. Leeds are a good side, but we should have done better than that and I can't imagine what was said at half time to allow that to happen

With regards Adam Pearson....
I've always liked him. Respect that he has put his money in to the club and genuinely tries to do the best for the club. He's a good Sports Adminsitartor, but agree that he may have relied too much on others when it comes to signing players. I hope he stays and gets the reward his efforts deserve. I'm sure he will not stic with Radford for too much longer if results don't improve and failure to make the top 8 will start to create a financial headache.

With reagrds to Pearson ever selling....
I think the Allams would buy Hull FC immediately and I don't think it would be a disaster either. Other than their very bad attempts to change the name to Hull Tigers, they have backed the club and Steve Bruce all the way and in every transfer window as aimed to achieve and retain Premier League football. Yes, they want the KC and their spats with the Council have also been embarrassing, however with Hull FC on board a sensible approach to the Council (making a bid to buy the ground could be accepted). I wouldn't see this as the end of Hull, more liely to be an upturn in fortunes. The Allams have said before about the poor utilisation of the C. Hull FC provides an ooprtunity to sweat the asset another 15+ times a season. They also know a successful Hull FC would attract gates of 14,000+, plus more opportunity to get to Wembley/Old Trafford etc.

For me though, I hope we achieve success with Adam Pearson and more likely with another Coach

I'm just scare mongering here but worst case scenario if Allam bought fc would be that he also buys rovers then merges the two clubs and makes the merged club play at craven park thus removing the problem of hull fc playing at the kc paving the way for him to purchase the kc.

Bumpy is definitely a wasted talent posting on this board.
We are not worthy.
