I liked Tom when he wore the Hull shirt but I do remember that he sometimes did his best to lose a game by silly mistakes. He did seem to be a liability at times. I did like last nights effort from the lad just to see the look on the face of King Kev and BM.
I can't really say that he's missed at Hull TBF.

I think we have spent the money a lot more wisely - I bet Talanoa and Sa together cost less than Briscoe !

Shock horror. Hull FC fans take the Micky out of former player and a team they don't really like much.

I was watching the game in the Skirlington clubhouse and it was rammed with mostly West Yorkshire folk most of whom cheered when Tommy dropped the ball and they cheered even louder when Cats scored. Nothing bitter, just a healthy appetite when it comes to Leeds messing up on a grand scale helped along nicely with a former player handing the game to the opposition on a silver plater.

As a side matter the Leeds fans in the club house all moaned and stated it wasn't a try and accused the Cats players of all being offside when in fact the live TV images showed otherwise.

I bet he's gutted, spent 6 seasons at our club and won nowt has 1 season at Leeds and wins the Cup!!

You're probably right, however had we won the Cup it would have been seen as a major success (in fact finishing 8th would). I just don't see the need for some of our fans to bag ex-players, they've moved on so be it.

I take no pleasure in his misfortune. We had good value from him in the time he played for us and some of those mocking him now will have been happy enough when he was scoring a hat trick against the Dobbins in the first game of the season.

Of course. But fans have mocked other teams/players since time began and when an ex player who wanted to leave the club (understandably) for better things makes a monumental cockup that ends his new team's season people will mock. Always nice to see Leeds turned over especially when they are getting eliminated from the main competition. Regardless of how crap we are.
