Of course he did, as fans we've become too soft, that's why teams enjoy coming to the KC. We have even applauded away teams at times. It's unreal.

the 3d was full of vitriolic abuse, and I can't say that I really miss it, at the time it was what we did as RL fans, we've all (with some exceptions) grown up since those times, and the world has changed.

Briscoe, from what I have seen/heard got a bit of what I'd call "ribbing", a chant of "replaced by a bin man, replaced by a biiiin man, you were replaced by a bin man" would have been much more hurtful.

To which he'd have replied "I earn 80 grand(+), I earn 80 grand, you daft sods in Black and White, I earn 80 grand(+)"
