you can't block incoming calls from a withheld number on a mobile, not as far as I know.
adblock is great, makes the Internet much more useable, the HDM website and RLFans are two of the worst places for ads, but that's how they generate revenue.
Having said that, I've never searched for an Asian bride/date, but they are the adverts I see when not on my own PC with adblock installed.
