The 'On Report' System is a complete joke and a cop out by the officials to actually deal with something themselves.
Hauraki meant it and as VOR says he had two attempts at it. He knew exactly what he was doing and hopefully the RFL will not be so tolerant. This type of incident ranks along the lowest a play can do to any opponent is cowardly and nothing more than a cheap shot with an intent to injure.
Did anybody else notice it looked as though Ellis was giving Childs quite abit of hassle about it and subsequently as soon as he went in for the next tackle at the restart he blew straight away.
