Nurture strength of spirit to shield you in sudden misfortune. But do not distress yourself with imaginings.
Many fears are born of fatigue and loneliness. Beyond a wholesome discipline, be gentle with yourself.; [/color:1g6itio7][/b:1g6itio7]:d7dc4b20b2c2dd7b76ac6eac29d5604e_663.jpg |

| I can see where the "doc" is coming from and he is to a point right.
Trouble is Radford's appointment comes on the back of a series of bad ones and possibly the worst one.
Give him a bit longer ? that's up to AP, but if this is allowed to go on much more AP will have halve the fans he has now coming through the turnstiles. Fans have had enough of jam tommorow, next week, next month , next season etc etc I know of a lot who after Thursday will not bother with FC for the derby even its the only way to get through to them.
Being faithful is ok, but perhaps staying away now might be more faithful then blindly supporting a club with its head so far up its rectum to see its failing in every way now.

| Quote: UllFC "Carvell's has always had injury problems, he was an ill thought out panic buy and the club should have known better.'"
The only season since 2001 that he missed a significant number of games was 2008. Apart from that he's played 20+ games every year.

| My only issue with Carvell is now that the Mail have said we spent a "heavy chunk" of the cap to bring him in only as injury cover. I think that was bad management from the club. You don't use large amounts of money on someone who will only be a cover player. We should have been looking to bring someone in on loan instead IMO.

Indeed. Its since BOTH Radford AND Motu took over that weve gone into freefall

| It's obvious that there is a big rebuilding job to be done at the club and continuity is important but the problem is pearson hasn't brought in a master builder, he's brought in the apprentice we've had kicking around for a couple of years. I've said since before agar was appointed that the rebuilding job at the club is too big for an inexperienced coach and no surprise that the last 3 coaches have struggled as they don't have what is required to do it. radford should be making his mistakes and learning the role at a lower division club, not one of the best supported clubs in the country
I'm not too sure it is the coaches job to re-build the whole club . I think it is vital that for both clubs have an experienced coach who can coach the team and develop the youngsters going forward , these will be the future of both clubs.
I am also not a fan of bringing in Over seas players who are distinctly average what input did Radford have over the current crop of players that have been signed. What we can say is that Overseas recruitment from the halcyon days has been distinctly average , only proven state of origin players should be signed .
