I quoted your post as I agreed with your points. Just wanted to add that I think recruitment is being hidden behind as the main problem. Especially by the club. I couldn't believe I was hearing Radford quote that £400,000 of the cap was unavailable, as he implied it had been wasted on certain players. He has only himself to blame for not getting the best from those players.
If certain players are on £100,000 and they should be on £75,000, they are still £75,000 players, therefore stop moaning about what they earn and get the best out of them. Its almost like the first day as head coach for Radford was spent looking through personnel files at what players earned and anyone who earned more than Radford and didn't deserve it in his eyes went on to a black list.
But the depressing fact is now is that even Mr Bean is better equipped at something than our bewildered leader!
