Last season we released;
Galea, Lynch, McDonnell (all apparently big earners). During this season we also released Pitts and Arundel. Probably more in there aswell but can't think right now.

And brought in; Talanoa, Carvell (for a couple of months), Rankin, Feka and Colbon. And Sa but his salary doesn't count.
Paea being the only one I expect to be a big earner.

Not good use of the cap IMO..

This is a real pointless discussion.

Nobody has any idea what the players earn, who counts on cap, what players got upgrades etc.

Pearson has said that we are operating at full cap so you have to believe him, off this us the case then it's obvious that we are over paying some players massively, this us something we are trying to address by getting rid of some players who don't offer value for money. However until the coaching structure is sorted who we have in the side is going to be irrelevant.

Regardless of whether or not we are under cap (which is, I agree, a pointlessly labyrinthine discussion as nobody knows players' earnings) the issue is that Radford has come out and said we are at £1.2M when Pearson has stated we are at full cap. Whichever way you look at it, Pearson will not be happy at this undermining of him (as I said, his mate was sacked for less). Radford has either let slip they are complicit with money to spend or that Pearson is holding funds back and Radford isn't happy about it. Or Radford's lying in a radio interview to save face and protect his back from the wrath of the fans. Pearson must be furious whichever is true.

Just continually looking for smoking gun minutiae is rather tiresome from some posters though.
