Our current problems in a nutshell. For the majority of the players. It's been screamingly obvious for the last couple of months.

Root cause? Possibly the coach.

Whose job is it to give them motivation? Definitely the coach. And there lies the problem.

Surely Pearson can see. He was quick enough to spot exactly that conflict when it came to Gentle. Apart from I believe he was seeing the picture distorted through a flawed looking glass held up by people with ulterior motives, in that case. This time it's a far clearer reflection, imo.

Looked a lot better at the beginning of the season like everyone else. I'm loath to point the finger yet as we don't kniw what this team is really capable of, although we all know it's a better squad than our league position implies.

Sums up my feelings too. I'll see out this season because I have a pass otherwise I wouldn't bother.

Certainly has all the hallmarks of a serious clear out with some players clearly not trying and others not playing who might have expected to have been. Need an urgent state of the nation address from AP.

I wanted Talanoa to make it, I really embraced his story. Don't think he is good enough but I really hope I am wrong.

I like others are fed up, but I can't give up on Hull, never will and I'll be there at all home games and will probably get a pass next year. I understand people's views but surely taking money out the club will only weaken us.

Pearson has made mistakes but without him we would be on Bradford position off the field. Again he has spent serious money on recruitment for next season.
