In the Ask Adam interview a while back, AP mentioned something about developments at the Chamberlain Road site. Anyone know anything about this?

Yes, I've spoken to him about it as I live around there. They have the land fronting Chamberlain Road freehold to put in mini pitches with Barratt having the land at the back (towards the old tennis courts) for housing. From what I can gather Hull FC will be kind of custodians of the front land for amateur rugby, maybe with a plan in the future for further development uses of it. |

I know years ago the brooklands site was earmarked for a possible training ground. I used to work on Chamberlain Road and thought it would be great to go and watch them train in my lunch hour! |

The majority of the saints funding (or at least the start up funding) came from the sale of KR, so probably not quite the same |
