Crazy that we played 11 games in the month of April mainly cos we lost at least 2 games due to bad weather in both November and January and drawing twice in the cup comps, however we did actually play 50 games (incl 3 friendlies) that year.
In 84/85 we put a team out for 53 games, including 3 early season friendlies and 4 games (in 11 days) in NZ/Oz end of May early June.
In 1959/60 we actually played 47 competetive domestic matches (38 League, 4 yorkshire & 5 CC), the most ever league games was the first in the new Northern union season 1898/96 which we played 42 games.
