I thought the same. Johnson is lightening fast and there wont be many that out run him.
Thought yeaman had a very solid game last night and deserves to kep his place.

Arundel's problem is the lack of an extended run in the side. Last season he was just showing some form when he got injured. Since then he's only had the odd game to try and find that form again. Difficult to make a decision on how good he might be on such limited evidence really.

At least he's learned not to try and pass the ball any more

| Quote: Doc Brown "Agreed. Very harsh on Arundel but I thought Crooks had a good game and Yeaman was solid in defence so credit were credit is due for those two.
Back to Radders though, did anyone catch Blunderside's post match interview with him? How many times did he say "One hundred percent"?
At least he didn't come up with some random nonsense figure everyone these days seems to use (thinking Britain's got feck all talent(my son was watching it, I can't stand the craap) 110%, 200%, 1000% grrrrrr, gets right on my tits.
The thing is, I still think Yeaman should have gone before last year, nothing personal but before Crooks (whom I've never bagged) we've lacked a centre really capable of putting his winger away (Craig Hall did ok, better than Yeaman in that dept for sure)
I still think Arundal isn't getting the run he needs to prove his value, he's still only 22, being left out of the squad for a player well past his best and still making the same mistakes he always has (& will again fall into) does have an effect on you.
And there's the nub, one player at the back end of his career, never being able to pass that well nor have the rugby brain to know when to give the pass or being able to draw the defender. Yes he's been solid, defence is usully of a very good std (coming out the line brainfarts aside) and he can score tries there is no doubt but we need something more.
And despite some poor performances by Yeaman, Radford has continually left Arundel high and dry..
