Didn't train all week due to food poisoning - bound to take its toll as the game wore on.

Westerman was the best player on the pitch first half, his creativity and running in attack were very exciting. Glad to see he really is putting his money where his mouth is at LF. Long may it continue.

Thought Ellis looked much stronger too, shame he couldn't carry his first half determination through the second half. Losing Carvell hurt us.

Shaul continued to impress. He dropped one high ball in our goal area but didn't let it affect him. Great to see the whole team run over to reassure him - hinted of a united dressing room and good team spirit - and the Hull crowd behind him shouted encouragement too.

And Feka and Paea both look relieved and happy to be here.

Discipline remains our major concern plus the odd major defensive gaff where we're opened up like Moses parting the Red Sea. Sort those two issues out and I'll feel far more confident than I was expecting to after 2 games.

Lots of positives for me... Just the stupid errors and soft penalties that we need to stop.
