Green seems to have everything required to be a top class prop but for whatever reason it doesn't translate to performances on the pitch. Maybe he's a late developer or maybe it's been down to coaching so far but he needs to step up and provide some consistency IMO
I think Green is a late developer remember he was playing for Skirlaugh at 19 yrs old so we picked him up late, props tend to peak after 25 so plenty of time for the lad imo. He is big & fast and hopefully more game time will see him develop into a cracking prop. For me he needs to be more dominant working the floor and I think he can improve in this area, however my only concern is he does not display aggression and like a poster above mentioned this is innate & can not always be taught, some positions do not require aggression but a props role does imo. Hopefully he has that aggression and the more game time he gets the more confident he will become at displaying it.
Josh is the second international , Mark Laws was the first playing for GB u21's v Russia (whilst playing for York) when you were Telephones ARLFC..ask Beauey or Melvin .
