But that doesn't mean he'll be very good either. Look through the team lists of the finalists of the last few years and there are players there who have had unexceptional Super League careers afterwards. And that doesn't take into account whether the player has the right style of play to fully benefit the team.
If Miller goes it needs to be done now, whoever we have needs a full pre-season. I'd be prepared to give give Miller the chance as long as he's happy here but its not my call. |

Jesus. A 20 year old half back thrown into the 1 st team (literally straight off the plane) with little 1st grade experience what did you lot expect. Poor kid should have been given last season to adjust to life here and know your systems. Instead straight into the fray with every back rower in the league targeting him in defence and no time to know what is expected of him.
Give the kid a chance he looks very talented to me but needs looking after and developing.
As for the comment about Holdsworth being lazy and choosing his games. Alarm bells should have rung when he had an extral MONTH off for his honeymoon last pre season and turned up JUST in time for the warm weather camp.
For me he was the worst of the then Salford backs made to look good by Patton, Moon, Gleeson, Broughton, Matty Smith etc.
