I heard this as well so it must be fact. I heard they told him to go shower and while he did they drove off. Redford was driving and Pearson was the conductor.

It's been a while since I've posted on here and to be honest I aren't really sure how I feel about what's happening at the moment but will try to put my thoughts below.

We've had some pretty good highs this year such as reaching Wembley which we should all be proud of but we've also had some pretty awful lows as well such as last Thursday nights performance (and no one should be proud of that!). It sometimes feels like it's one step forward, two steps back with FC.

What needs to be done? Well for one thing I'm not sure that sacking Gentle is the answer. I feel more confident with him in charge than I did with Agar but I'm not as convinced as I was this time last year that he is the man to take us forward. For my mind he has failed to bridge the gap between our best performances and our worst performances and that's a major concern for me. I would personally give him more time though.

If the rumours are true that he is on his way then I am not convinced Radford should be appointed as the new man in charge. I think he's got the makings of a good coach but I don't think he's ready for the top job yet. I would much rather see someone with experience as a head coach take the reins this time with the view that Radford will be his eventual replacement. Besides, appointing assistant coaches as our head coach hasn't exactly been working for us for one reason or another has it? Of course there are no guarantees a proven head coach would do any better for us.

I have no opinion either way on Andy Last coming back into the first team fold. As for the Paul Cooke rumours... well, I've learnt to forgive and forget where he is concerned.

I think Adam Pearson is doing the right thing conducting a review. Things need looking at and addressing but it can't just be at a coaching level. The players have played (no pun intended) their part in this too. For my mind, there has been several times this season that players haven't looked interested or haven't followed the game plan that Gentle has laid out for them. AP needs to find out why this is and any players found to have the wrong attitude should be removed from the club. We need to get a certain level of commitment and professionalism from the players which I personally think is lacking at times.

Whatever happens though I'll be there next season supporting them even if I am sometimes critical. I love the club and still trust in Pearson to deliver. Eventually.

Fook me, the prospect of long being in charge makes even Radford seem appealing. Has pearson gone mad?

Im in utter disbelief about it all. Id rather have a dream team of Sharp/Agar/Gentle than the e were supposed to be getting

Why? The article is about the under 19s, who are mostly local lads improving, having better facilities & being proud to play for their local team.
